DNA, with associated RNA and protein synthasis, are systems with interacting concurrent components that would fit well into Petri Nets for easier human analysis and modeling.
----------------------------------------In addition, the "Cell" processor seems to be a good candidate for quickly processing these biomedical, petri-nets analysis. The Unununium OS goal fits very well into the overall scheme. One would think that WCG could benefit greatly from such a scaled graphical, downward system. Anyone know of or have thoughts, somewhere, in this computing methodology direction ? PaulT [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Dec 31, 2006 4:02:33 PM] |
