Dedicated Crunching Machines Future Software

DNA, with associated RNA and protein synthasis, are systems with interacting concurrent components that would fit well into Petri Nets for easier human analysis and modeling.

In addition, the "Cell" processor seems to be a good candidate for quickly processing these biomedical, petri-nets analysis.

The Unununium OS goal fits very well into the overall scheme.

One would think that WCG could benefit greatly from such a scaled graphical, downward system. Anyone know of or have thoughts, somewhere, in this computing methodology direction ?
