I've not run into your problem, and I check quite regularly, but I'm seeing something a little different, possibly since the Friday website update. My home PC is now the only one of my group running UD, all the others are now running BOINC. My home PC hasn't updated its "Total Points" for some time now. The difference between what it says and the grid site shows is almost 120000. I know it's completed a number of work units over the past few days, and checked in each time but the points aren't updating. Well Sedgecom, though your global stats roll up the WCG-UD and BOiNC agent points as in UD score + BOiNC times 7, neither of the agents is showing the totals of the 2. The 120,000 is very likely translated to around 17,000 credits earned with the BOiNC agent. The credits u see in the BOiNC agent are the once earned with that agent. For a split view you have to go to My Grid, Device Manager, Device Statistics, but that u already know. Historically UD Agent came first. Late 2005 the BOiNC agent was added, but that has a different claims/credit system altogether, thus the factor 7 multiplication to make it equal to points as-if scored with a UD agent.

Sorry Sek, but your responce is a bit confusing. Just to clarify... the total points showing in the UD info window is the total points earned with UD only, not the total points from the grid website (UD + BOINC), correct? |

Spot on.
In a similar manner, the BOINC agent will only show points earned with BOINC (as raw BOINC points - multiply by 7 to convert to WCG points). |
