Well, it looks like a work unit is crunched and submitted time and again (by the same machine?) which was already completed before? If it comes from a particular machine u might need to reset the WCG project to get rid of rogue files.
----------------------------------------Please provide the Computer ID this is coming from, so it can be investigated by the technical group. cheers

It ran only once on one of my computers.

I have looked into this workunit and no quorum was found. This is making the results look nondeterministic. "Too Late" is an incorrect label for the results of this workunit.
