My machine is running this Genome Comparison project, which I noticed started Monday Dec. 4th & the download ran for 42 hrs without showing any difference on the application page other than 0% for the entire time. I am wondering what might be the problem that is causing this to happen.

Please check up on the thread that was started on the same subject to see if anything is applicable to you. At 42 hours u should have seen considerable progress, if not completion.
