Hi,
As I regularly move around to sites with direct or proxy Internet access, every time I locate to a site with direct access WCG forgets my previous proxy setting. Could WCG have a radio button based proxy setup system like IE or Firefox, where it remembers (greys out) the previous proxy setting? Cheers Adrian |

I rather think (I'm not 100% sure, since I don't use a proxy) that BOINC has this feature.

Moving around, putting your laptop in hibernations, not standby, and starting it up at the next site, will not make it forget. Certainly, i read it should auto-configure once u select the appropriate proxy. The agent will snooze with the laptop and resume where it left off without a second loss, opposed to the current exit and resume from last checkpoint.
