Hi guys.
Just running 2 machines lately due to budget restraints. An A64 3400+ and an Athlon 3200+, both with a gig of RAM, both using BOINC. Still not sure if I want to keep using BOINC. Not really any faster than UD agent, downloads are bigger and take longer, and it's taking a long time for validations. At any given time I've got about 14 or 15 units waiting for validation and credit. With the UD agent, you get credit immediately. If the heat and humidity lets up enough to shut down the A/C, I might bring some of the other eight computers in the stable back online. Could probably crank out 60 or more Cancer units a day if I did. Cheers! |
