Got a rogue WU

Got me a rogue work unit.

2.3% after 7 hours on a quad.

Should I nuke it?

I have seen something like that before on one of mine. I remember that after restarting BOINC service, WU reverted back a few percentage points, but was no longer stuck. Try restarting the service or rebooting workstation too.

I have had same the experiance and restarting the computer corrected the problem. Evilkats I am still on your tail!

I had the same thing happen overnight and restarting the computer didn't fix it. Nor did aborting the unit and getting a new one. I've now switched from faah to Fighting Childhood Cancer and the same thing is happening with it: no progress.

Anyone?

Oops. I just checked back and it's now working fine with Help Fight Childhood Cancer.

If your client is set to not do anything when you're using the computer, then when checking into the manager watching the CPU clock you wont see it make progress, unless you watch it long enough :D
