Change alert-message accessing forbidden category

Hi,
On my site different registered users have access to only 1 category. Works fine. Now when a registered user tries to access a forbidden category, a message appears: "Phocadownload_no_rights_access_category". Can I change that message ? I want a user alert message in another language. I hope someone can help me out.
