I just upgraded from 1.3.3 into 1.3.5.
As Upgrade is succesfull, in the info tab, the current version is still 1.3.3 not 1.3.5

Is it normal???

No this is not normal.
See:

Clear browser cache or/and upgrade Phoca Download component once more.
