Error while downloading file

Hi, I've installed Phoca Download, and it's work fine with the default settings.
But when I tried to change the absolute path to something else (i.e. c:\xxxxx\website\images\phocadownload) I have a problem. It uploads without any problem, I see all uploaded files in that directory, but on the front-end when I tried to download some file - it gives me "Error while downloading file".

Any idea?

Have you checked the permissions of the folder, i.e. is it accessible to others?

Yes, I did. Everything seems OK with the permitions.

Hi, try to enable debug mode, error reporting but it seems like there will be some problem with the permissions to the folder

I figure out the answer.
When I changed the path from c:\xx\websitedir\ to c:/xx/websitedir/, everything worked perfect again.
