Hi,
first of all, do you create a menu link to Phoca Download component?

created section and category

Do you publish section and category und set Access Level to public?

same problem here sections and categories are published but no way to select in frontend.

Habe das gleiche Problem. Habe die Bereiche und Kategorien bereits in einer Vorversion ohne Benutzer erstellt und werden im Frontend auch problemlos angezeigt. Nur im Bereich 'User-Upload' tauchen sie nicht auf. Habe auch schon im Backend auf 'alle authorisieren' geklickt, hat aber nichts geändert.

Fehlt noch eine Einstellung?

Ich kann Dir da leider nicht weiter helfen da ich in Phoca Download UCP nicht verwende.
