Details Problem

At the beginning sorry for the language but I'm Polish and I do not know English too well.
On my site I have Phoca Download, all users have access to download and see files, but only those registered can download them.
My problem is how to display Details.
- Users unregistered see something like this http://www.uefa-pl.com/images/grafika/d ... stered.jpg
- Users registered see something like this http://www.uefa-pl.com/images/grafika/d ... stered.jpg
I would like to see all users as well as in the first case.
Where and how you can change that ?
