Ordering in frontend & little security bug found

I'd really like to be able to sort my files through the User frontend upload function, more or less like the ordering which is available in the UCP of Phoca Gallery - subcategory tab. If it's not to much to code into the Phoca Download UCP, I'd really really appreciate the work...
Second the little security bug;
When an user uploads some file, a sub-folder is created (correctly) in the /userupload/ folder. However, there's no index.html created in that new user sub-folder, which, in my opninion, should be created to prevent folder listing.

BTW, using 1.3.2b
as for 1.3.2 stable there are 32 tasks I must do + I need to upgrade all the modules and plugins. The stable should be done one month ago but because of time issue I am still working on finishing it (so no new features will be added there as first bugs must be fixed then new features can be added
