Can I create multiple independent prices in different currencies for a single product? That is, the prices in other currencies should not be calculated based on the base currency, but created and edited independently. Is this possible? I did not find such an option in the standard functionality. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Hi, the prices are set only in one currency, the default one and for users they can be displayed in other currencies (but internally, the prices are still based on default currency). So there is no options to set other price in other currency. This is automatically transformed by system based on currency rate.

Hi, currency which currency rate is 1, is the default currency. Just see currencies in Phoca Cart administration.

A follow-up question. And is it possible to optionally allow for the change or setting of different default currencies for different website languages?

Hi, in this forum we have discussed it, this is in fact impossible to do, because how you prevent when e.g. german speaking user wants to buy products or services with USD? When you assign currencies to langauge, this produces a lot of conflicts - generally in each ecommerce.
