Missing file in Category View and 404 Error

Hi!
I have some probs with the Phoca Download Component. I have also installed the Plugin and the Tree Module. The problem ist, that I have added a file with Section/Category. When I add a download Link in the Article with the Plugin and when I klick on the link, it shows me the Category the File is located in, But there isn't the file itself.
But the file item is listet as "Most downloaded files in this section" below. When I click on that link it loads the same Category View as before.
And when I use the green Button to go up to the Sections I get an 404 Error (thats the "/component/phocadownload/" folder).
Ich had installed the Phoca Download Component 1.2.2 bevore, but I have deleted it and now have installed Version 1.3.1.
