how to configure that the messages were on behalf of the logged in site?
If set
"Do not display the name on the form"
"Display name in message"
then all messages without a name
If set
"Display name in form"
"Display name in message"
then anyone can enter any name

You can't include the "name" field, since any guest can enter any name, even the administrator

Can you paste a screenshot of what you exactly mean, I still don't understan e.g. "name of the logged in site of the author"?

Hi, thank you, the name is not filled automatically in the post only if user adds it to the form.

So the automation is, the form field Name will be pre-filled with the name of logged in user but user can change the name. In case the name will be not added into the form, it is not displayed. There is no option to display automatically the name of logged in user

Hi, no, as default this parameter is disabled: Disable User Check - so user name is checked:

Set if user check will be disabled. If yes, anonymous or not logged in users can post email and username which is registered by registered user (disabling this parameter is not recommended)

So as anonymous user you cannot set the name which is registered on your site.

Anyway where were you last 10 years. I have spent my time all the last 10 years to explain users why anonymous cannot use name of registered user (which is really not right). This is why there is such parameter. Many users didn't understand why it is not right that anonymous user will use some name of existing registered user. At the beginning it was set automatically that you as anonymous cannot use name of registered user but because many users didn't understand it, it was set as parameter, so they can allow to anonymous use the name of registered users (don't ask me why, I still don't understand the reason to allow it )

So as anonymous user you cannot set the name which is registered on your site.

this does not work if you select a user name but not his login

It works for the the username so if username is displayed, any other username cannot be set
To extend it with name only, just download this file.

extract the ZIP and copy the file to:

components\com_phocaguestbook\models\rules\ folder

This file will be overwritten: phocaguestbookusername.php
