HIDE THE PARENT CATEGORY

Hi, First thank for phoca and this forum. That's great!!
I create a photo gallery. At first when i click on the name of the event, we can see the subcategories as folders, and when we click on one folder we can see top of the pictures the parent category-subcatergory. So I just want to display only the subcategory on the top of the pictures. Please How can i remote(Hide) the the parent category???
