How do I get Photo categories in straight line across?

I had this working but it started messing up after I upgraded the latest version of Joomla!
Now the photo categories go straight down on the left side and NOT Straight across and category images no longer have the cool outline and title like they used to have :-(
I have tried several variations of the script but I either get NOTHING or straight down the left side of the page!
Using version 4.3.4 BTW ;-)
