i am using phoca download on my joomla site and whenever i try to use the user upload feature and upload from the back end, the files go in perfectly. however, when i use the front end uploader, i always get this error message:

JFile: :read: Unable to open file:
Warning: Failed to move file!

is there any way to fix this?
