I cannot find where to change the H1 message header size as for chibijessi i can't change my templates H1 because that will do some damage to the rest of my template design.. I'm not so good at CSS design..

Can you tell me where to edit and what to add because in the phocaguestbook.css theres nothing to change applying to the message header ?

Hi, you can change the html in phocaguestbook template file, see:
components\com_phocaguestbook\views\phocaguestbook\tmpl\default.php
