File ordering by category

Our church has weekly bulletins and bimonthly newsletters which we want in descending order. I have this set in the global parameters area. However, we also just have a list of form that we would like to have in alphabetical order. It seems that this is not possible out of the box. Is there a way to change the file ordering for certain categories?
