Hi, the best way is to create menu link to all sections and then go through this link to section. Copy this link and add it into the menu.

See this forum, why there is no menu link to section in Menu Manager (because of Itemid )

Are you referring to this file patch? You will need to ftp the files over the designated files in the zip. If you have any questions, please let me know.
