jomla 3 demo function

Im trying to get the "comments" functionality but I can not find the adjustment to get it live. Further in the demo it is shown a small gallery of pictures in the gallery box. Also this I can not find to get active. Please help

for the comments: May be you have also to select: Category View > Category View Settings > Image Box Space > Enlarge image box height (in px)
