Hi,

I wonder about the image order in all of my galleries... I like to order the images of a category by descending ID, but if I have a look the category site, the ordering doesn`t work... I`ve absolutely no glue why....

Please have a look at yoga-on.com/retreats/fotogalerien

On the homepage yoga-on.com I`ve placed several image module on the righthand side with mosaic effect. Are the images choosen randomly? Otherwise I`ve no glue why the ordering of the six mosaic images is like it is...

Hi, in module options you can set the ordering of the images in module - did you set it in module options?

Hi Jan,

now I just solved the prob with the image ordering. Everywhere I set the ordering to "ID descending", that works fine.

But one prob still exist: if I click on the homepage on one of the mosaic images of the gallery "La Hacienda" I come to the category view (http://www.yoga-on.com/component/phocag ... a-hacienda), but there are two probs:

1. I only see some of the gallery images only on one page without the possibility to go forward and backward in the gallery to see ALL images

2. the gallery loose its focus, that means my header-image choosen for the image gallerys in general is gone and above the gallery "La Hacienda" you can read "Beiträge - La Hacienda" instead of "Fotogalerien - La Hacienda".

What have I done wrong??

Perhaps one hint:

If I open the gallery "La Hacienda" over the category overview site, the link to the gallery is: http://www.yoga-on.com/retreats/fotogal ... a-hacienda

If I click on the homepage on one of the images of the Image module "la Hacienda", the link ist like: http://www.yoga-on.com/component/phocag ... a-hacienda

I think that`s the problem, or? But I`ve no glue, how to solve the prob...

Hi Susanne,

to delete: "Beiträge" ususally it could be solved with an "override":

a) Erstelle ein Override von components/com_content/views/article/tmpl/default.php und lösche dort den rot markierten Teil (in Zeile xx):

<?php if ($this->params->get('show_page_heading', 1)) : ?>
<h1>
<?php echo $this->escape($this->params->get('page_heading')); ?>
</h1>
<?php endif; ?>

b) it can also be already in your template:
template/your template/html/com_content/article/default.php

So, have a look there (YOUR template).

c) Since newer Joomla3, above ,1 [see a)] will not more exists (?).

d) Try following: now in german

Template > Erweiterungen > Sprachen > Overrides > Neu
rechts in das Feld bei: Inhalt das Wort "Beiträge" (ohne "") eingeben. Dann siehst Du eine Liste.
Klicken auf: "Weitere Ergebnisse" bis: das Wort Beiträge aufscheint.

Ich glaube, es ist der "Schlüssel" "JGLOBAL_ARTICLES"

Links oben das Wort Beiträge entfernen. Speichern.

Also versuch mal: d)

Grundsätzlich ist: "Fotogalerie" etc. eine h1 (Seitentitel)

danke für die Zwischeninfo. Ich hab` ein J3-Template im Einsatz.

Dass da "Beiträge" steht, ist grundsätzlich erst einmal das kleinere Übel. Es werden ja zum Einen gar nicht alle Bilder in der Kategorieansicht angezeigt, zum anderen wird die Headergrafik oben nicht mehr angezeigt.....

Warum wird denn der Link nicht identisch aufgelöst? Wie gesagt über die Kategorieübersicht lautet er http://www.yoga-on.com/retreats/fotogal ... a-hacienda, über das Image Module http://www.yoga-on.com/component/phocag ... a-hacienda

Wenn doch der Link über das Image Module derselbe ist wie http://www.yoga-on.com/retreats/fotogal ... a-hacienda, dann tut sicher alles wie gehabt. Oder?

Wegen der "Beiträge" hatte ich geschrieben, weil es erwähnt wurde.

Wegen Nichtanzeige der Headergrafik, weiß ich leider in Moment nicht. Beim anderen Link, wo die Headergrafik ist, gibt es ein:
<div id="s5_logo_module"> bei der anderen nicht. Überprüfe mal die Zuweisungen der Module.

Deine Links waren verstümmelt, daher korrigiert.

php 5.3.10 --> can this cause the problem??!!

Umzug der Website auf neuen Server mit php 5.5 erfolgt, allerdings ohne Änderung...
