I have installed the phoca gallery but when I enter the command code into my articke it just displays at the end of my article and does not invoke the phoca gallery pictures at all.
Code: Select all
{phocagallery view=switchimage|switchheight=440|switchwidth=980|basicimageid=273}
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=3|limitstart=0|limitcount=10|detail=0|displayname=0|displaydetail=0|displaydownload=0|imageshadow=none|enableswitch=1}
I am using artisteer template and JCE editor to create the article if that makes any difference.

Hi,
you need to install and enable the Phoca Gallery Plugin.

Kind regards,

Okay, after installing the phoca gallery plugin for articles I got the images to show up after I changed the basicimageid to the image ID of the image I wanted to display but now the images are not the size of the images I uploaded. I uploaded all my images as 980px wide and 440px high but the images that show up on the page are all different sizes. You can see the site here
http://www.imoconsultinggroup.com/index ... chitecture Once I get everything to look the way I want maybe I will create a video tutorial that shows step by step instructions on how to use this extension because so far I have not seen anything that goes into the detail that a new user needs to begin to understand the interactions of all the switches available to phoca gallery and how they affect the display of the images.

I got the main image to display and thumbnails below it but the size of the thumbnails is not exacly what I want and I wouls like to get the thumbnails all in one row if that is possible. The page is located here:
http://www.imoconsultinggroup.com/index ... chitecture
The command I am using is:
Code: Select all
{phocagallery view=switchimage|switchheight=440|switchwidth=980|basicimageid=36}<br />{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=3|limitstart=0|limitcount=10|detail=0|displayname=0|displaydetail=0|displaydownload=0|imageshadow=none|enableswitch=1}
Also is there a way to have all the pictures the same size or use the original images instead of the phoca created thumbnails?

Hi,
I uploaded all my images as 980px wide and 440px high but the images that show up on the page are all different sizes.
The problem is, your original images have all different sizes (for example):
http://www.imoconsultinggroup.com/image ... ure_01.jpg (763px × 513px)
http://www.imoconsultinggroup.com/image ... ure_02.jpg (980px × 440px)
http://www.imoconsultinggroup.com/image ... ure_04.jpg (260px × 195px)
and so on...
This means, all you large thumbnails have different sizes.
I got the main image to display and thumbnails below it but the size of the thumbnails is not exacly what I want and I wouls like to get the thumbnails all in one row if that is possible.
This depends on the width of your joomla! content and the width of the used screen.
Kind regards,
Benno
