Photos set at a certain height

I am using Phoca Gallery and all is well to a point. The images are set to a height of 280px and I cannot find how to adjust. Please help. The version I am using is 4.1.2
I will send the demo page upon your request but it affects all images and any category associated with the Gallery.

Hi,
the size of thumbnails you can set here: Backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Phoca Gallery Options --> Thumbnails --> Images And Detail Window Size Settings
You need to delete the wrong sized thumbnails first (e.g. via FTP), then set new sizes and then recreate the thumbs.
