Problem after update

hello
i updated today from joomle 2.3x to 3.3.6.
after this, the plugin phoca gallery isnt working. i updated also this plugin to the latest one.
my problem is now, i can go to modules - phoco gallery, and i see als my pictures, but i cant see any pictures on my website.
it is an emty site!
i made a new menu link, but it is the same.
what must i do to correct this.
PS: also the same problem with phoca downloads!
