Actually is the phoca email newsletter sending automaticly an email to people in the mailing list when there is a new article or does it have the option for it ?

Hi, no there is no such option, such needs to be customized on the server, with some cron feature, etc.

Hi, unfortunately, I didn't do such customization yet so I cannot give any clue advice

Cron is specific feature on the server which runs e.g. php script automatically, so such needs to be set to run it automatically, but as written, no expert in this area
