Error plgSystemKoowa when installing

Hi
When I try to install Phoca Gallery 4.1.1 on Joomla 3.3.3 I get the following error
The Koowa plugin is installed and activated. I didn't found something useful with google or in the forum...
Have you ever heard of such a problem?
