Foca Gallery Mosaic problem, thumbnails not always appearing

I'm using Phoca Gallery 4.1.1 on Joomla 3.3.3, and everything is working great, except for the mosaic. The thumbnails only appear for about every 5th or so visitor to the page. Many times, none of the thumbnails appear, then other times only two will appear (at random, sometimes on the left end, other times on the right end). And after many refreshes, all thumbnails will fill the mosaic, but usually only once, then refreshing the page or trying from another browser results in a blank box. This happens on both a local development server and a hosted production server. Additional Thumbnails is set to Medium and small thumbnails on both servers.

If using small or medium images instead of mosaic, no problem. Folder icon works fine as well. And within the categories all thumbnails and images display correctly. This is limited only to the Category view when mosaic is set to yes.

Hi,
Please check via FTP, if the additional thumbnails were really created.
Example: If a medium thumbnail named phoca_thumb_m_example.jpg exists in your thumbs folder,
you should also find the additional thumbnails

• phoca_thumb_m1_example.jpg
  phoca_thumb_m2_example.jpg
  phoca_thumb_m3_example.jpg

in this thumbs folder.

Same for small thumbnails. If a small thumbnail named phoca_thumb_s_example.jpg exists in your thumbs folder,
you should also find the additional thumbnails

• phoca_thumb_s1_example.jpg
  phoca_thumb_s2_example.jpg
  phoca_thumb_s3_example.jpg

in this thumbs folder.

It appears that all images created the s m and l thumbs, but only a handful (20) generated the m1, m2, m3, s1, s2 and s3 thumbs.

How do I force it to recreate all of the thumbs? Is there a something that would have caused it to not created all of the other thumbs?

Check, if Enable Thumbnails Generation is really set to Yes
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Thumbnails -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Save & Close

It was enabled properly, but what I found is that I had to go to the Images section of Phoca, and then change the pagination to ALL for it to generate the entire library of thumbnails. Apparently it only generates the thumbs for the section that is displayed (based on the pagination selected).

Thanks for your help! Everything is now working perfectly, and doing the same process on the production server right now (takes a while to generate all those thumbs)!
