Is it possible, with PhocaDownload to limit download by:

- blocking some IP addresses

or

- limit the number of downloads (per hour or per day) that a user can do

Hi, in Phoca Download 3, there is a function to limit the download per users (registered users), there is no option for limiting IPs as there can be a memory problem (to store all the Ips

)
