a menu with more parameters

hallo,
is it possible to provide a menu with more parameters to allow changing the box-shadow of image, the border size and color, the number of columns (if not responsive design), to display or not the number of categories/pictures in a category, if we want to display the name of the category on category page on right (defaut i don't like) or below the thumbnail
this would avoid using css as much as possible
