Category Description View for just one category

Hi,
I have seen in past posts that it is not possible to use the 'Category, Image, and Description' for only one category and not all of my categories.
If not, is there a way to change the code to do so ?
I am still with Joomla 1.5 and have the last updated version of phoca gallery 2.8.1.
