Page Title Issue

Hello,
First of all I really appreciate the developer of this wonderful series of Joomla Components, It really is a perfect stuff.
Coming to the point, I am trying for last few days to adjust the title of pages on which I have used phoca download, well I have added page title to the page from Menu Manager, but unfortunately I can see that its showing up the title which I have given along with some further text. I will request to open (fresharena.com/mobile-section/apps) see the title (Free Mobile Apps - Apps) the last - Apps is never added by me its taking it itself.
Can you please help me how to solve it? And secondly if you can see the Breadcrumbs,

its showing the same thing twice, I will really appreciate if you can help me on that also.
