Site was working fine with Category List Layout Menu Item. Google Analytics last reports photos were accessed by visitors on June 30, 2012. Since then, category list doesn't display a list of categories. Here's a link to the menu item that should display list of all photo categories (click on "PHOTOS" top menu item):

Drilling down to view photos within each each category however, the photos are there, they just can't be accessed via "PHOTOS" category list menu item:

Any ideas what is now broken?

Hi, then try to recheck the menu link, mayabe resave it or change, etc.
