I have an easy question, I don't know if also the answer is easy.
I want to translate in my gallery the different rating, comments, statistics ecc., but really I don't know if it is possbile and if yes, where I can do that.

Hi,
go to administrator/languages/en-GB and download
en-GB.com_phocagallery.ini
en-GB.com_phocagallery.menu.ini (or en-GB.com_phocagallery_menu.ini)
go to administrator/languages/your language and download the same files (with you languagecode instead of en-GB).
compare the files and you probably have to copy some strings from en-GB--files to your language files and translate everything after the =. (new strings are usually at the bottom of the files).
If you have all the strings translated, upload the files to administrator/language/xx-XX and to language/xx-XX. (and mail them to Jan, so other users can have an updated translation )
If this is too much work: you can easily translate using the 'translations manager' component from http://extensions.joomla.org
