Sql error messages after installation

I get these error massages when trying to use the phoca gallery after installation. The installation gors well abd no errors, but when I try to add a category or images I get this;

Any ideas?

Hi,
first of all, you should urgently update your joomla! system for security reasons. The current version is 1.5.25

Yes, the update to 1.5.23 did the trick, thanks for the help. Problem solved.
