Hide Download Button?

Hey all,
I'd like to simply have the link to the download via the name of the file and not show the big green download button. I thought maybe if i set "display downloads" to "no" it would disappear but I can't seem to get rid of it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hi, there is no option to hide download button, this needs to be customized in the code, or you can set own layout where the button will be not displayed.

Hi Jan,
I've looked in your documentation and tried modifying the layout, but cannot remove the "Download" button in the category view.
2nd challenge: trying to ensure that the users get the option to view a document before being forced to download it. You reference enabling the "icon" view, but I don't see that anywhere in the options in Phoca Download.
Thanks.

To Hide the Download Button:
public_html/components/com_phocadownload/views/category/tmpl/default_files.php
find the line:
echo '<div class="pd-buttons">'.$pdButtonDownload.'</div>';
(should be about line 367)
Comment this out.
//echo '<div class="pd-buttons">'.$pdButtonDownload.'</div>';
The Download button will disappear
