Language problem

Hello....I uploaded the language but I can't see in my language yet, when I create guestbook I see in the language only All-English not the mine, and the site is set in my language, what have I to do?

I have the same problem with the dutch language.
I uploaded it to the language directories of the fronted and the backend but I only get the english language in the frontend of the site.
Please help!!!

Hi,
i'm using Joomla 1.7.3 and so have downloaded Phoca Guestbook 2.0.4, and i have the same problem, for the italia language. In the Italian language pack there are many files (for language folder and administrator folder). I have copied the files on server baut don't work. Can you help me?
