Firefox Re-initialized when adding file 18mb

Ik keep on getting a firefox error when i add a file, its just 18mb and the maximum amount of a uploadable file is 20mb. What could be the problem?
Hi, try to check your server settings, if there are no limits for posting large files)/ post data, etc.
