I Can't creat Sections

I installed yestarday the phoca but couldn't creat sections. I have installed the files:
com_phocadownload_v1.3.9
mod_phocadownload_tree_v1.3.5
When I try creat a new Section the Joomla give me a error
"Error while saving Phoca Download Sections"
Can you help?
