how to play audio files in phocadownload

i want preview options in audio and video files...in pdf files that is worked normally...but in audio and video files the play button is not display...please check followin link..

Hi, did you enable the playing settings, are the files playable (mp3, mp4, flv)?

s i enabled play setting... i can play pdf file but can't play wave file...
and vedio file...

Hi, but which extensions are your video and music files - are they allowed types: mp3, mp4, flv?
