I am looking to enable the Joomla SEO on the Global Configuration page.
I haven't seen the exact way to make this work...
Once i enable it, the phoca download categories do not link correctly...

I have a folder/cat called downloads.
in that folder i have 1 - n folders.
inside those folders i have files for download.

when i enable the SEO, you click the link and i get an error. like a page cannot be found... under maintenance.
When i turn it off, it works fine.

How can i get this to work????

I am having the same problem. When I turn on SEF Urls the module doesn't work and returns the errors I've pasted below. I am using Joomla! 1.6.6, Phoca Download 2.0.1, phoca download module 2.0.1. It's been suggested that it's a problem with my template, but I'm a little over my head here. Any help/

Sarah

I have a menu item that points to a category...

I still cannot get this to work properly. I read through your doc and it says menu items are going to work good with Joomla.

I guess i am confused or I am missing one simple step.

I finally found the fix or bug...
after trying everything I could...

I checked the category aliases... i had only numbers in the aliases, once i added text to the front... i.e. folder1, it worked... if it was just a number like 21 or 22 it wouldn't work.
Kept getting errors... so i guess it is a bug in a way...
