Large Files

Hey Guys
I had already set up the php.ini (upload_max_filesize, post_max_siz). But I can't still upload large files over Phoca Upload Function on the server.
Can someone Help Me?, please

It's only load, load, load and load. Suddenly came a blank site, then I clicked on Refresh Button, so showed again the Upload site without a success message. I looked over FTP, if it uploaded, but there was no Data

Hi, if you get blank page, just enable php error reporting to see which error you get there.

I know why the Hoster , they forbidden to upload large files over PHP/JAVA/PYTHON Scripts
, but don't over FTP
, they are strange
