Hi,
Folder images/phocadownload exists!
ok.
How canI create these folders manually (With PTP?)
With an ftp-program like eg. FileZilla
And where (I read alraedy in the root directory of your joomla installation, bur I donot know what the rootdirectory is. Is that httpdocs?
Exactly!
Create a directory phocadownload
and a subdirectory userupload
both with 755 rights
Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,
I`m not sure, but perhaps the problem is simple.
I found in the download details a file named Bloembollen
But if it's a PDF file, the correct file name is Bloembollen.pdf
see:

Perhaps this helps,
Kind regards,
Benno
