We have a lot of church bulletins uploaded and don't really need to display them all. I know I can unpublish them, but is there a way to only show a certain number of files...or only show the last 6 months?

Hi, no, , until they are not unpublished, they will be displayed.

But you can e.g. limit the sql query in the code (must be customized in the code)
