individual rights for each user?

Is it possible to say that each users has his own file folder wher he can view and download files. but other people cannot see that his folder exicits?
Hi, try to see the UCP (there user can upload files, but for now there is no option to publish or unpublish files like in Phoca Gallery, this is planned.)
