Is it possible for the administrator to put a comment on the visitor comment?

no, there is no such option, of course administrator can put this comment to the user's post in administration so it can be displayed in frontend. But there is no reply function.

Date - this needs to be changed in the code - in template of guestbook:
components/com_phocaguestbook/views/phocaguestbook/tmpl/default.php

Seems like a nice feature? Maybe something for the featurelist?

Hello, is there any progression with this? Id like to use your component (as it is continuously developed) but Im still forced to use easybook cos it has "admin comment" possibility.
I know I can put my message in administrator under the message, but my users need as much "user friendly" (easiest) management possible. Even thought it looks much better with different look and formating for admin comment (the way I use it always).
For example here
