Hi

I want to know what is this "Display Inaccessible File" and how it work ?



another question is

"Direct Link" when i use it or i don't use it , there is no difference?
what is the usage of this button?

another one
"Specific Icon 1" and "Specific Icon 2"
can anyone explain a little about these buttons and how they are work and what are they do?

Hi,

"Display Inaccessible File" - if the file is not assigned to public but e.g. to registered only, you can hide it for public users or display it. So public user can see it but if he/she clicks on the file, the login will be displayed. You can hide it, so public user will not see it.


Direct Link - is a direct link to file - the URL is direct so user can see where the file is located on the server. If the link is not direct, user cannot see where the file is located on your server.

Specific Icon 1 - see:

the blue (Joomla! 1.5) and green (Joomla! 1.6) is specific icon 1, you can set the second which will be next to these icons.
