Today i tried a different site template and admin template, but both did not make any difference to the problem. I thought maybe the template is guilty... but it is not....

Hi, I think, there is no problem with the template.

Phoca Email uses the Joomla! framework email functions, so when email is not send, then you should get some Joomla! error message. In case, there is no such message, maybe some php error message (directly on the server) ban be displayed

Yes, for now there is no such option to assign new users to only one newsletter, so the idea I have described, was to set the one newsletter in module in frontend, so users will be assigned by this form

But same problem was with different templates...i tried 2 frontend and 2 admintemplates...i cant understand....
